Customer service done right

The fan in my MacBook started to go out, so I took my laptop to the Apple store on 4th in SF to have them look at it.


The fella at the genius bar went ahead and ordered a new fan, waived the fee (past warranty) and then noticed a small crack in my keyboard housing and said they would replace that for free too!


Returned my laptop within 12 hours of droppnig it off and walked out the door without a penny spent. Thank you Apple.
