Asparagus in the Sink
I made two soups meant to be served in tandem. Both vegan, I believe.
The asparagus soup:
Lots of asparagus, mirepoix, garlic, garlic fried in oil, rice milk, almond milk, potatoes, lots of basil, vegetable broth, salt, paprika, dry vermouth, and I'm probably leaving something out.
The Beet Tomato soup is lots of beets, cherry tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, tomato paste, red wine, a little cinnamon, seeded & peeled cucumber, parsley, potatoes, almond milk, rice milk, honey, mirepoix, garlic, vegetable broth, and pomegranate juice.
