My Take on Beef "Lugaw"....

Lunch today- a take on Phillipino Lugaw- or Rice Congee or "jook"; made from leftover Chinese Beef Soup, and leftover Jasmine Rice- lots of chopped fresh garlic and Chopped Ginger- a splash of Nam Pla (Fish Sauce) and White Pepper- topped with sliced lemon and crispy Garlic bits........
