San Francisco Bay Bridge
I wanted to take this shot for a long time. I after making few attempts and looking around this place several times I could not find a way to get to this spot until about few days ago, I met a guy who had been there and pointed me on how to get there.
Yesterday I went to this spot. It is a dangerous place with very steep hills with no clearly defined path. I was all by myself going down the hill and eventually found a stable spot where I could setup my tripod. I was there for about 1 and ½ hour, took some shots of evening and well into blue hour.
About the time when best blue hour started, there were strange sounds in my surroundings and I decided to leave for safety reason. While climbing up, it was dark and I lost my way and went towards very steep hill side. I slipped a bit while climbing up the hill on steep side. My tripod aided me as climbing support and I was back up to street safely. It was very scary but it was worth the effort. I am planning to be there again to capture lit San Francisco skyline.
