The Tower of Babel — side view

This rendition of the Tower of Babel consists of a series of square platforms placed one on top of another and rotated by 45 degrees at each level. This fractal-like structure could be extended indefinitely and as such, can never be finished, just like its biblical counterpart.

Made from my Building Block Units, 247 altogether: 156 × A1, 68 × A2, 8 × Q22, 4 × A4, 4 × D3, 4 × Q16, 1 × D1, 1 × D4, 1 × G10 variant.
