Name plate used for displaying another origami model

Here the name plate model is used for displaying another origami piece. One is used as a description for the exhibit and the other as a stand (similar to some recent cube stands made by Francis Ow).

The origami on display is Chopin’s Grand Piano model, a spiked icosahedron made from my Outdoor Origami Meeting Module (OOMM). There is a very similar but different unit, the Cupola designed by Natalia Romanenko.

Both models designed and folded by me. More usage examples and folding instructions for the name plate are available from on my web page. Instructions for the OOMM unit can be found here.
