Maangchi's Mandu

I made these Mandu last week, following Maangchi's recipe (


I used firm tofu, green onions, carrot, black mushrooms, celery, sauteed red amaranth leaves, some garlic, and a bit of soy sauce and olive oil with a few spices inside. I couldn't find sesame oil in the grocery store until a few days after I ate these, so they weren't as good as they could have been, but the dipping sauce (soy sauce, vinegar, a bit of sugar, and a tiny bit of red pepper powder) was delicious!
