San Francisco’s Ferry Building was adorned with the numbers “1915” boldly illuminated on its tower, one of many special events as part of the centennial celebration of the 1915 World's Fair. The "1915" lights were created specifically for the Ferry tower and span 27 feet wide and 12 feet high. There are about 1,100 LED bulbs that were designed to match the same one's that were on the building in 1915.
