How to make a dead egg


1. Fill pan with water

2. Add egg

3. Bring to boil

4. Go away and do something else while it boils

5. Forget about egg and pan. Entirely.

6. After approx. 1 hour, return to kitchen.

7. Throw away egg.

8. Throw away pan.

9. Have cereal for lunch.

    I did this once! I put eggs on to boil and fell asleep. The smell was horrible. My landlord was doing something on the roof... I thought the "aroma" was coming from that!! My parents were coming over for dinner...... Thanks for the memories :) lol

    I did this in college once, I went to class, a wonder I didn't burn down the house. I tried to hide the evidence but...that smell!

    i like all your art stuff - it is all lovely

    i liked this one because it was funny
    and i dreamt about a cracked egg a few days later
    and then i looked inside and it was like a mystery galaxy crystal whirling twirlign thing that could come back to life again
    so there you go

    I melted a pot once in college. I am eternally grateful I didn't burn down the entire dorm. This is so something I would do. I left the house once with a pie in the oven, and the only thing that saved me was I forgot something and went back inside and the oven ticked.

    i had a friend told me she almost destroyed an entire oven once by leaving an aluminium pan on an aga til it got so hot the aluminium melted and made a hole all the way that went all the way through the top of the oven and into the inside.
    sounds like you did a similar thing.
    gosh,i never knew those kinds of things could happen
