Lady Miller's Beech Tree.

One of 100 Forestry Commision Heritage Trees, this one stands beside what used to be the main road from Auchtermuchty to Abernethy, but is now just a forest track. It is named after Lady Miller who's cottage was just behind it. Lady Miller was famous or infamous depending on your point of view for running an illicit whisky still for many years in the early 19th century.
