Oxford Isis team
Miles in the lead. This is the second team, hence the name Isis. They tend to go about 20 to 30 minutes before the main race and this occasion were glorious too.
I pretty much used a roll on the boat race when the boats came past (400 pushed to 800 because it was such a gloomy day) - not terribly impressed with my results I must admit. I didn't have the opportunity to get a polarising filter beforehand which I think might have helped to prevent the very contrasty nature of these photos by reducing glare from the river.
Anyway as this is my first (public) photo from my F80 any feedback would be appreciated! I'm sure there must be a way I could have got better colours out of it...
The rest of the photos will follow.
