Me and a Baby Bunny
In my defense-- I would not normally pick up a wild animal, let alone a baby, but my son found this little guy all freaked out and shreaking after the city park guys had just mowed his area. When I sat down and started petting him, he calmed down. I picked him up for a second and he didn't seem distressed at all. I fear the poor bunny may not make it since Momma Bunny was nowhere to be found and he was teeny tiny but I'm going to live in denial that he will grow up to be the happiest rabbit in forest park where he will, well, mate like a bunny.
