Dinner Menu: Yak Wellington- Kimberly Style
Dinner. From start to finish.
I saw this recipe in Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution Cookbook and wanted to try it. But, like me, I sure didn't follow the rules (or the recipe). I used yak meat from the farmer's market last weekend, refused to add the peas, didn't use portabella mushrooms or fresh rosemary, and made sure I had a glass of wine while cooking! But here it is- start to thumbs up from the little man!
That's a middle of the road thumbs up from H about the beets. He gave a 4 thumbs up for the Yak Wellington- Mom style.
