International Space Station ... wind turbine flyby

A gorgeous night in the lower peninsula of Michigan near Lake Michigan to watch the ISS fly by a Wind Turbine. I thought I saw the aurora trying to kick in, but it may have just been a wish ... this image created from a stack of 18, 30second photos. The ISS took about 2.5min to cross the cameras field of view. This was at 4am and it was chilly upper 40's? (f) and dewy.

Turbine was painted with light from passing cars.
