I am not yet through my food photography phase... please let me know when it starts to get annoying.
Reason is, the weather is bah, the landscape is bah, and spring takes forever to spring (Get it? Spring has sprung! Ahhh.) and it seems I always run into some ingredients that let my creativity thrive.
So here is my Barrio del Sur burger. Beef, lettuce hearts, ripe mango, red onion rings, Parmesan cheese and mango garlic mayo between sesame and black cumin seed bun.
By the way, I finally came to updating my blog over the weekend with the latest (yeah right) pictures of my city tour with David Bank and Matthias. The winter wrap up is already in the making, so stay tuned.
