Henry Leo's 1st Birthday Cupcakes

    Newer Older

"Golden Vanilla Cupcakes with Raspberry Buttercream Frosting" p. 46, Baking with Agave Nectar by Ania Catalano.

After the test batch, we decided it needed a little extra lemon (the zest of a full lemon instead of half) and a little more agave nectar (+2 T). Pretty good, though.

I wish you could have seen them right after they came out of the oven. They were GORGEOUS before they shrank back.

Oh, and I used strawberry preserves in the first batch of icing instead of raspberry.

I was considering using this work in one of my projects on inkd and was wondering, since inkd deals with the physical medium of paper, in what manner do you wish to be attributed?

Thank you for a beautiful shot. I've just used it to illustrate a post on National Cupcake Week here in the UK thefoodiegifthunter.co.uk/?p=420, with a credit to you at the end.

Thanks for making it available for use.

      Kind regards
