Singin' To The Cattails

Taken at Busse Woods, Shaumburg, Illinois, early morning, just after sunrise.

Maybe its just me, but I find this forest preserve the most frustrating one to photoraph and get a half way decent shot. Its right across the street from Woodfield Mall, #1. And the expressway runs along one side of it and Route 72 on another, #2. There are high tension wires and cell towers all over, #3. And finally, I just dont find it a very pretty forest preserve. There is plenty of water, but any sunrises or sunsets are spoiled by all the previously mentioned elements.

Like I said, could just be me, but I did manage to come across this cute scene. I love that bird in the tree.

Have a great day everyone :-)
