Beelitz Surgery

I am afraid that this image is somewhat "de rigeur" for those visiting the Beelitz Heilstätten, and I think that it is somewhat changed from what it was a few years ago, unfortunately, but it still makes for a good image.

wowww, I have a photo of this place from more than 1 year ago.... You cannot find the original colour, because everything is graffitti!!!!

Amazing that you have this! Well done, I am jealous haha

I have been to this room 3 or 4 times, and each time it is different. Sometimes covered in graffiti, other times someone has cleaned it up, maybe for a photo shoot.

Beautiful, found you top for Beelitz. I was there yesterday and the day before someone threw it out the window. I wonder if it was just a vandal or perhaps a photographer who doesn´t want any more photos of it! :)

As sad as it is that the light has gone and as much as I dislike the vandals that go there and wreck the place, changes such as the light being removed are part of the natural evolution of the place I think. Places such as Beelitz will never stay static and that is one reason why I can always go back, because you can almost always find something new, from season to season and year after year. (although the amount of time left between visit gets longer, to allow more time for change to happen)

Hi there. I'm a photographer myself and I hate it when people steal my photo.

A Comedy group in Canada used a photo of Beelitz, most probably without permission. Although it's not this photo, it sure looks like it was taken right before you visited Beelitz. Perhaps you know the author of the photo and it might be nice to let them know their photo might be used without their permission...

The photo they are using : www.productionslentrepot.com/img/BG2.jpg

      The poster : www.productionslentrepot.com/

      Cheers.
