CREATOR

SUBJECT

Railroad employees

Railroad stations - NH - Keene

DESCRIPTION

Photograph of the Cheshire Railroad Station office located in the Gilbo Avenue area in Keene New Hampshire. This photo indicates that the building was razed in 1958, so it must be of the "new" railroad station, built in 1910-11. In May 1958, the last passenger train left Keene for Bellows Fails, a trip which ended 110 years of service.
