    Pasadena Chalk Art Festival showcases TIME magazine's, Person of the Century, Albert Einstein done in chalk by Graphic designer from Japan, Moe Notsu, one of the 600 fantastic artists who showcased their work on Father's Day weekend.
    This piece won Best of Festival Award and the Paseo Colorado People's Choice Award

      It would be a big surprise to everyone if it actually rained in pasadena this time of year. Pretty improbable for a drought stricken state. However, they do cover them with plastic at night. I guess other places probably have provisions for rain like coverings. Good question, though.
