Signals

This is a pocket signal chart. It was meant as a decoding aid for Army and Navy servicemen during WWI. That's what it says, anyways. It has International Morse Code on one side and Semaphore Code on the other. The decoder comes with an instruction booklet that describes it use and explains the various competing signaling systems that have different intepretaions of various signals.
