Brain Hemorrhage Anyone?

This is the shot that we'll be serving at the Halloween Party on Saturday.

It's called a Brain Hemorrhage - bet you can guess why.

Honestly, it looks ghastly, but tastes wonderful.

Shall I pour one for you?

The drink goes like this.

1/2 - 3/4 oz. Peach Schnapps

Float 1-2 Tbl. of Baileys on top

Drop 1 tsp of grenadine through the Baileys.

Theatrical magic . . . and it tastes like Peaches and Cream!

I tried this shot, however the peach schnaps is lighter than the bailey's and kept floating up over the baileys...Is there a specific type of Schnaps used? Maybe mine doesn't have a high enough sugar content...Any other ideas? Even though it didn't float right, it still looked gross and tasted yummy :)

Hello Shots -- I simply poured my DeKypers (sp?) schanps first and didn't have any problem keeping it on the bottom. Pour the Bailey's slowly and carfully. Specifically, the instructions say 'float'. I had my grenadine in a squirt bottle, like ketchup at a picnic, and was able to really get a small stream to pull the Bailys down into the glass. I hope you have better luck. They do taste yummy, regardless.
