Happy Easter, Origami Way!

Wanted to share the final images from a series of shots with our origami Easter Eggs.

There are a classic paper crane and the origami Easter Egg, designed by me and my husband and folded from a leaflet of a lovely exhibition "Live Long and Prosper", displaying images of Longevity in Japanese Ukiyo-e. Another case of recycling paper materials :-) Origami is such an eco-friendly art!

Best wishes to all in Japan!

Happy Easter or any spring holidays! :-)

A note for origami enthusiasts:

This Large Origami Egg folds from one rectangle, 3:4, no glue. The diagrams are published in the eBook "Origami Xmas Ornaments". www.oriland.com/store/ebooks/origami_xmas_ornaments/main.php

Happy folding!
