Smoked Tomato Salsa

Kingdufus made some roasted tomato salsa & kindly shared the recipe with me. I decided to change it up a bit & smoked the tomatoes. It turned out super tasty.

    It's a great recipe and I like your variation. This also convinces me that my little scheme of making corn relish with corn that I have cooked on the grill is a good idea.

    How did you smoke the tomatoes and what kind of tomatoes did you use?

    King - We smoked the tomatoes in our little smoker we bought a few weeks back for about 2 1/2 - 3 hours. I seeded them & put them on tin foil. We used the San Marzano tomatoes from our garden.
