Did you notice there is NO breakage on the bread?

Oh! Surely, if you eat gluten free bread, you can appreciate that!

AND... might I add - that the bread is COLD - room temperature~ not heated, not microwaved, not toasted...but served like actual REAL BREAD!

 

Ah, life is good again. =D

 

This isn't my recipe, rather one that was adapted by Cindy (in N. VA) from 125 Gluten Free Recipes. She shared this lovelyness with me on the delphiforum site when I requested a recipe for a "wrap".
