Schwartz's Deli Viande Fumée sandwich

My viande fumée sandwich at Schwartz's. Tender, slightly spicy, beefy, and delicious, this is what viande fumée should be like. In many ways I prefer this to it's more spicy cousin, the pastrami sandwich.
