it was really tough in 1930's!
  • Paris-Roubaix 5y

Cyclo-cross is ALWAYS very tough! Nothing's changed very much.
  • Léo 5y

Paris-Roubaix well, they now have gears and super light parts... just imagine leaving your shifters alone for a ride...
  • Paris-Roubaix 5y

Not to mention brakes! Equipment doesn't make cyclo-cross any easier. It's brutal.
  • Léo 5y

so, if there wasn't any advantage, they would still ride the same bikes!
  • Paris-Roubaix 5y

The same guys would win the races, no matter the bikes. It all comes down to the rider if they're all riding the same bikes.
  • Kaptain Amerika 5y

Oui, CX is still brutal, but with those bikes it was even more brutaller! The course is what's tripping me out. And the bystanders' berets...
  • visiondrawn 5y

Great photo, Jeremy. The berets make it!
  • Paris-Roubaix 5y

Yes, visiondrawn's right, the photograph is great . . . and I love the berets too. Thanks for showing it to us KA.
