These are some neat pictures! I'm an ammunition equipment specialist with the US Army. We have need occasionally for high-speed pictures such as these. We already have a Panasonic FZ-50 camera (2, in fact).
I've read about the high speed kit from MAKE magazine. Is there a limit to the speed of the bullet? .22 pellets typically travel in the 600 fps to 850 fps range. I'm needing to do some pictures of bullets and other projectiles traveling from 800 fps to 3000 fps.

    Thanks,

    Smitty
