Long Lost Friend

So, Shadowmere has been missing for ages. Couldn't find her anywhere. I knew she (he?) wasn't dead because I have a mod that makes her truly invulnerable (like she should be). Today I decided to go to the Soul Cairn to find Jiubs pages and look who I found fighting off a couple Mistmen and Wrathmen. How the hell did she end up there?
