Reflections on the End of the Road...
What an amazing five-week adventure this has been. I leave what now feels like a second home with thousands of images to sort through, many challenges dealt with, new friends in town to come back and visit, and best of all, truly transcendent moments experienced among resplendent Fall color.
My spirit danced throughout this incredible journey of self-discovery, and I will no doubt reflect upon it for some time to come. Some of these introspections probably will end up on my website and others in a new edition of my book, "Spirits Dancing in the Heart of the Wind - Autumn Perspectives." But for now, I will let this image I took of Weir Pond near the beginning of my adventures reflect the essence of what I saw, felt and lived.
May you all have the good fortune to spend extended time in Mom Nature's loving embrace.
For those of you on Facebook, I have set up a profile, "Kahlee Spiritdancing." where I post my images as well as commentary and discussions on photography and related subjects. Send me a friend request if you're interested in following my work there. Thanks!
