Brown-Eyed Evening Primrose

The light was quite magical in the late afternoon at Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. Along Henderson Canyon Road, I found lots of these Brown-Eyed Evening Primrose. These are very small flowers, perhaps 1/2 inch in diameter. But here, in my camera's macrovision, one blossom almost fills the frame. Beauty just not visible in a drive-by moment.
