Ancestral Indiana Farmhouse - July 2015
Somewhere near the Ohio border, on the Indiana side, generations of my family lived and toiled and died before war, the post-war era, globalization, and our own fates and fortunes intervened. About a year ago we made it back to see what time and weather had done to the farmhouse, the woods, and the earth. I could go on, but suffice it to say the visit was bittersweet as my grandfather passed away some years ago and there is no one left in the family to make regular visits.
