Lowestoft pier
My first visit to this pier at Lowestoft and I thought it was going to be a wasted one as the sky was pretty devoid of cloud. Thankfully just before the sun came up some cloud moved in and started to break up nicely.
I'd deliberately been waiting for a low tide at sunrise but in hindsight I'm not sure low tide is the best for this location, I found it a bit limiting. Perhaps in the winter months and the sun is further south so you can shoot from the north side of the pier where the beach is flatter it might be better... anyone got any experiences on the best tides for this location?
