03/30: UK Journals 11 and 12

I've been keeping a daily journal for about three or four years now. About 20 of them are in storage back in Texas. When we moved to England in February 2007 for a three year stint, I started numbering my books, beginning with UK #1, of course.

I finished UK #11 today. It's always bittersweet to finish a book. The old one is a dear friend, after all. The new one? Well, there's the fear of the ultimate blank page. But I find that as soon as I make my first mark, ahhh. That's better.

do you use Moleskin for your journals?

Oma--They are filled with all sorts of things (interesting and not so interesting--LOL).

Sierra.nevada--These are Moleys and for the most part, I do use Moleskine books. Sometimes I try other kinds to shake things up a little. But I always go back to these.

love it! I have my first full art journal that looks stuffed like this, it's strange how giddy and thrilled it makes me!

Thank you, Heather! Isn't it wonderful to look back at these lovely books? Filled with so many memories (good and bad--LOL!) :-)
