Imperial City, Hue

The Imperial City of Hue is a walled fortress and palace in the former capital of Vietnam. The grounds of the Imperial City are surrounded by a wall 2 kilometers by 2 kilometers, and surrounded by a moat.

Whilst many of the buildings were heavily bombed during the Vietnam War, there are many fantastic remnants of this once great city that can still be seen today.

NOTE: I am currently in the process of putting photos on Flickr from the archive, so apologies in advance for the lack of new content.
