Comedy School "Pals" with me, before our first ever Stand Up Showcase
After 4 years Standup Comedy, tonight a short film on The One Show BBC1` Tonight, 27th on BBC1 The One Show UK TV- I hoped the film telling a bit about my journey will be shown, They interviewed me for hours but... Alas, very little remained in the film as shown!
on I-player for a few days. We finished turning at the Up The Creek in Greenwich, where I gigged in 2012 for my birthday (78th) last time.
See some of my gigs, stories and others too in my blog
I prepared for the 1rd Showcase going back to this,
the first one for me, 26 of March 2011 at Pirate Castle, Camden
We were 12 and only me and another, woman. Only me, old.
We had a great public of about 120 at Pirate Castle
They did laugh and cheer a lot at my number!!! I could hardly believe how much they cheered too. It gave me a huge confidence.

03/26/2011, beginning of my Stand up gigging
about which I also told in my story, yesterday...
I had to cut the second half down of the photo...
As I did not realize, when it was taken, that the youngest silly boy at the right, showed his bare backside to the photographer, the man in front with me is a wonderful imitator and comedian, he was also in our class.
A year later, the best in my promotion was between the competitors when I won the Jester Jester quarter finals and was voted also the best comedian of the night.
A year later, I won "Silver Comedy Best Newcomer 2012" After only 25 gigs, then went on after age 77 to more then 77 successful gigs in very different clubs.
