Construction on Euclid has been non stop for about 2 years now. Alot of people hate it, blame it for failing business, and generally don't see its point. Thing is, Cleveland is a dying/dead city. Those business where hanging on by a thread, a pathetic thread at that. The reconstruction of Euclid into a true connector between downtown, the playhouse district and university circle will draw and spread more business, more creative minds, and might be the first tiny step to reviving this century old (and showing it in the gills) city.
