Bakery Square

    Bakery Square is a former Nabisco bakery that has undergone a mixed-use conversion. It is a major part of the greater East Liberty area's revival and has tenants ranging from an Anthropologie store to a Google campus.

      Great building. Did they actually bake in it?

      I believe it was used for baking. Some of the old dough machines are still visible through the lower-level windows.

      I really like this building. Looks to be in great condition. Nice to see upkeep on our treasures.

      I can remember when you could smell the Nabisco plant wafting through the air. A long time ago they made Chips Ahoy there and later Ritz and plain crackers. Also Uneeda Biscuits.
