The Natural History Museum, London, UK
One of the hardest things about being a photographer and visiting a place that in seen by thousands every year is trying to capture it in a way that no one else has, and in a way that will still stimulate peoples senses. I have been visiting the natural history museum regularly since I was a child, the first thing that drew me there was the dinosaurs, but after moving to London I visited it more often and became increasingly more interested in the architecture. The building is so beautiful and I wanted to capture something that shows you the amazing attention to detail. I feel this image encourages the viewer to look up and look around, don't just walk from one place to another, pay attention to the journey you take. The path that takes you somewhere and be just as interesting as the final destination.
