The south side of the Holiday Inn Saskatoon

As I was walking home today, I noticed what looked to be paint peeling off the Holiday Inn in Saskatoon.

The building is not really well constructed. While only a couple of months old, I noticed rust on the front of the building and now this. Up close some of the flaws looked to be glue as there seems to be trowel marks on them but others just seem to be flawed. Of course it begs the question that if that much is wrong on a brand new building (and isn't fixed) on the outside, what is going on inside the hotel.

The sheeting has been on for almost a year and to not have it fixed seems like a really bad decision.
