sautee shallot & garlic in butter, add white wine, add clams, high heat until they open, big pat of butter, in with the cooked spag, let it go for a minute or two, S&P, plate, feast. Pairs with a great Sancerre like tongues go with nipples. Tom Farmer rocks.
