Superb Fairy-wren (Malurus cyaneus)
A tribe of Superb Fairy-wrens came bobbing along the beach last Saturday whilst I was photographing Spotted Pardalotes at the nest. I snapped a few opportunistic shots of the male as he made his way toward me, he then hopped on a piece of drift wood where he made a low bow before making off with his girls. What a life!
