Logitech Squeezebox Duet @ Macworld, 2008

Finally saw the new Logitech Squeezebox Duet at Macworld today. According to the Slim Devices dude - they are finalizing the hardware by the end of January, and it's going to be released to people on the waiting list in February.


The receiver is basically a Squeezebox v3 without the display (sorta - it has a Wolfson DAC as opposed to a Burr-Brown (I don't believe that this is a detrimental change)). Also, this one doesn't have a built in mini-RCA headphone jack, but it should come with an RCA to mini-RCA adaptor. The receiver will sell seperately for $150, the controller for $299, or you can buy both as a bundle for 399. (List prices - not sure what it will street for yet...)
