The last of the Pasta Alfredo from the other day.


Melted a large (finely chopped) onion and 3 crushed garlic cloves in some butter with some of the New Mexico Chille powder, added some creme fraiche and left it to simmer then added a can of chopped tomato. Cut down a half dried Hungarian hot wax, and added a few spoons of Jalapeno.


Left it to reduce for a while....


Served with fresh ground black pepper and it was as good as new.
