One of the screws that hold the plate of one of the light switches in my room. It is exactly 5 mm in diameter (something between 3/16 and 1/4 of an inch for you non-standard people!) and you can even see the scratches and debris caused by screwdrivers. It is virtually impossible to see these details with the naked eye, unless you really look for them.
Incidentally, I hate flat-head screws with a passion. Philips/Pozidrive and Torx for life. No comment on Triwing.
