This one is odd, even for me.
In Lr sliding shadows, highlights, exposure, clarity globally. Then adjustment brushes sliding shadows, highlights, exposure, clarity in more specific areas.
Export to Ps, copying layers, using high pass filter, sliding amount, converting to overlay blend mode. Copying that layer multiple times with layer masks, converting to group, then masking and sliding opacities.
Back to Lr, create virtual copy, convert to monochrome, adjusting the color sliders.
Opening both the color and mono versions in Ps as layers, partially masking the color version, then sliding opacity.
Published here from Lr, then took it back to Ps because I didn't like how some of the background looked with the way flickr renders things, selected some of the background and used the surface blur filter, sliding amount to make it what I wanted. Then republished here.

Seems like the long way around, but it had actually started out as an experiment in dynamic range increase, which didn't work out the way I wanted.
