      Sometimes an image just presents itself and all you have to do is the proverbial point-and-shoot. Of course, you do actually have to have legged it there in the first place!

      The interesting thing here is how threatening that sky looks, yet so disarmed by the mellow hues; it's quite a contradiction. My only criticism would be to have included more of the foreground (possibly a personal reservation about this picture on your part)?

      Garter Blue, the foreground was in shadow so didn't have much interest... I was mostly trying to emphasize how the shape of the cloud and rocks echoed each other....

      Defintely worth seeing Hans, and one of those wonderful places off the beaten tourist track. I learned about Bisti from a photo posted on flickr myself....
