Mango shrimp roll & fried taro nest (wu gok)

Canton Dim Sum House, San Francisco, California.

 

These are two dishes I find really tasty when done well; the problem is that at many dim sum restaurants, the fried dishes are cold by the time they reach the table. Not here! These two dishes & the haam sui gok all came out hot, crisp & delicious!
