San Miguel de Allende, Mexico

The moon rises over "La Parroquia de San Miguel" on the day of the dead. La Parroquia (The Parish) is the architectural center piece of the beautiful town of San Miguel de Allende. Located in the Mexican State of Guanajuato, San Miguel is known for it's architecture and cobble stone streets. The flags are for El Día de los Muertos or day of the dead. One of Mexico's most celebrated holidays. Two days of festivities and celebration in honor of the dead.
