Stranger #3: While heading back from the lookout point (see stranger #2 for more details about that) I saw a higher point which looked like it would have an even better view. It was a bit off the beaten path so I had to climb up on a very narrow trail. When I got to the top I saw a small shed but also a very nice view. While I was taking some pictures of the view I hear some noise behind me and when I turned around this lady was standing in the doorway of the shed. She walked over and signed me to come inside. I wasn’t too sure about that, heard all kinds of strange noises coming from inside. It must have been some animal, like a dog or pig or something. So I said thank you very much and pointed to the view and that I really liked it. She smiled and agreed. I then asked if I could take her picture, she smiled again and looked into the camera. Before saying goodbye we both admired the view a bit more. On the way down I did kind of regret not going inside that would have been some experience.
To continue my strangers series I went out for the first time here in Amsterdam to find some interesting people. I must say that I was a little nervous but it ended up being quite fun, found three people who agreed to have their portrait taken in about 30min time. Looking forward to doing this more often.
